It’s not a Marvel Studios movie, but it’s still Marvel. I’ve been pretty excited for this new Spider-Man, but now I’m not sure how I feel about the changes to the origin. Are they hinting that he’s a second generation spider-man or something? If his dad saves him at the end that will be LAME.

Spider-Man Maximum Carnage Mini Muggs
I’m a big fan of Mighty Muggs. Hasbro apparently, is not. They’ve pretty much done away with the series except for special edition Comic Con releases. At last months New York Comic Con Hasbro released this awesome Spider-Man Maximum Carnage set. I had to pick one up for myself. The only problem I have with this is more of a personal one. Why is the price if you buy it after the Con $30? I paid $33. Why did I have to pay the shipping cost if I got it from the source?
If you’d like to buy one of these head over here.

November Covers – Marvel
Hey, I’m going to try and get back into doing posts of my favorite covers from each month. Here’s the Marvel version for November.
The covers below are in chronological order by the date they release.
Most of these don’t have the artist name listed with them on Marvel’s website, so sorry about that.
The Never Not a Nerd Show – Episode 13
Episode 13! That means we’re a quarter of a year into doing the show. And as you know, a quarter of a year is halfway to half a year, which is halfway to a year. A lot of halves of halves.
Of course the microphone was an a-hole and the audio was bad for this episode, so we had to make do with the camera audio.
Enjoy the episode!
I’m working on the segments from the episode we recorded this week and you can check those out on our vimeo page when they’re done.

This issue is going to hit stores September 7th.
The Never Not a Nerd Show – Episode 10
Here we are with episode 10! That’s a mini-milestone right? I’m hoping to someday add a zero or two to that count. Well, two zeroes would be a looong time.
I’m currently working on the segments from the episode we just recorded, and some will be up tomorrow. Check those out on our vimeo page.
