Yeah, these issues actually came out yesterday, our bad. You know the drill. Follow the title without actually using fire. Well, if you do want to use fire, don’t blame us for “influencing you”.
Single Issues :
Amory Wars: In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3 #2 – We continue the epic space drama as told by Claudio Sanchez, or as I call him “The Forever Wizard of the Infinity Void”. I just want to give him a cool title, because he deserves it.
Batman: Return of Bruce Wayne #3 – Batman. Pirates. BATMAN AS A PIRATE. It was tough enough being a criminal when Batman was just a ninja.
Fables Portfolio Set – A set of twelve James Jean prints of some of his best Fables covers. Trust me, his art is seriously worth it.
Joe the Barbarian #6 – Joe meets a set of knights, all while he’s still dying to death. Don’t forget while you’re reading this that it’s about the dying of a young boy. Think about that.
Superman #700 – 700 seems like a pretty big number, right? I mean, it’s pretty outrageous when you think that for the most part, this book has come out monthly. What? Oh, right, and Superman returns to Earth after the events of New Krypton.
Zatanna #2 – I’m not gonna lie… I primarily dig Zatanna because of the costume. There is just something about that costume I find really hot. Something about a sexy female magician… I may need therapy.
Sea Bear and Grizzly Shark #1 – Sweet Jesus, just look at this thing. And considering the tagline is just “They got mixed up!” I think we can already sense the brilliance of this concept.
Avengers #2 – Introducing Noh-Varr as Protector… possibly. It doesn’t seem things are all too clear on his name. I really thought he was going to be the new Captain Marvel. Meh.
Secret Warriors #17 – Wherein Nick Fury eats a Nazi baby and poops red, white and blue. At least that’s what I’ve always imagined of him.
Beasts of Burden: Animal Rites (HC) – I mention this book primarily because I was at one point so scared that they had beaten me to the punch on an idea I came up with for a story, but upon further research it turns out they did not. And I’m a good sport.
Jack of Fables Vol. 7: The New Adventures of Jack and Jack – Jack gets used to having a superpowered son who is ten times the adventurer he’ll ever be. That’s what you get for sexing the Snow Queen.
