Big Echo is the second album and Rough Trade debut from the California-based The Morning Benders. The album was recorded in San Francisco and mixed in Brooklyn, and was co-produced by Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor.

Music Video of the Week!! – Blue Roses
I’d never heard of this band until this morning when I saw this video I’m about to post. It’s 3D ,not 3D pop out at you, but creating more depth 3D. The effect is done by recording with two cameras and switching between them rapidly. It works decently well, but comes off a little jarring. The song is good though.

Oh God It’s the Yogi Bear Movie
Ugh. Yogi Bear, the CGI version. Much like my horror at the first revealed Smurfs image, Yogi Bear will now haunt my dreams forever. Look at his mouth. He’s got the same type of blackened lips and gums that a real bear would have. And for some reason he has this really odd look on his face. Almost like he’s going to do something illegal. To you. Late at night, under the cover of darkness. He looks like the type of bear that might have a few drinks and then become Yogi Badtouch.
Dante’s God of War Inferno
