Earlier today Nike announced THE COOLEST SNEAKER EVER. Well, not really, but it’s pretty cool. If you want a pair you can only get them via ebay auction from Nike. All the proceeds will go toward The Michael J. Fox Foundation for a future without Parkinson’s disease, so it’s for a good cause. Nike has said they will also throw in $50 million ”doubling” the donation amount. There’s only going to be 1,500 pairs of these released. Do you think Nike really expects to profit $33K per pair?
The auctions start tonight at 11:30 EST and will run through September 18th. 100 pairs will be put up for auction each day.
