Oh. Oh my.
Apparently Disney has decided that the Kingdom Hearts series wasn’t awesome enough and has amped things up by creating Epic Mickey, a game wherein all of the forgotten Disney characters have risen up and decided that things need to change. Therefore, as a perfectly reasonable course of actions, they have decided to just go ahead and turn the world of Disney into a chaotic acid trip. Oh, and the acid is laced with gasoline.
Not too much has been revealed with this game, but enough has come out where I can say “Wow, this both frightens and excites me.” A number of character designs and possible world depictions seem to present a very horrific Disneyland after being ruined by Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Never before has there been a name to inspire dread and torment like Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Surely this is the being that will shatter our dreams and bring forth the end of days.
What’s amazing is that this game is all about your favorite Disney critters, like Mickey and Goofy, but they’re ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING, meaning this game promises to be the best thing Disney has done game-wise since Kingdom Hearts began. While not much has been revealed regarding the actual game play or even that much of the plot, enough of this game has been revealed for the sake of teasing the fans who know this is going to be interesting.
I heard something about this the other day. I think the gameplay is supposed to include using a paint brush.
