8:00 – Arrow – “An Innocent Man” - Arrow asks Laurel to help him prove that an innocent man is being framed for murder. CW

9:00 – Modern Family – “Yard Sale” - At a Pritchett family yard sale held by Jay and Gloria to help a fund-raiser at Luke and Manny’s school, Phil can’t decide what to buy or sell, and Mitchell and Cameron assess Alex’s new male friend, but Gloria would rather the contents of an old trunk not be revealed. ABC

9:00 – Supernatural – “Blood Brother” – Benny is beat up by vampires and calls Dean for help. CW

9:00 – Face Off – “Finale” - Viewers choose the Season 3 winner, who will be announced during the finale in Los Angeles. SyFy

10:00 – South Park – “A Scause for Applause” – An icon is implicated in a doping scandal, so supporters start cutting off their symbolic wristbands. Comedy Central

10:30 – Key and Peele - Some Halloween centric sketches. Comedy Central
