DVD /Blu-Raid – November 29th, 2011
Here are the movie/TV releases for this week that are worth a look.
Friend With Benefits - The movie where Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis are friends that decided to have sex. Kind of like Black Swan, but with a lot less dancing. Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
30 Minutes or Less - Jesse Eisenberg plays a pizza delivery boy who is kidnapped and forced to rob a bank or blow up. It’s a comedic take on a tragic thing that really happened. And I’m pretty sure the guy died, from exploding. How funny is it now? Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
Our Idiot Brother - A movie wherein things happen. I heard it was good. It also stars Paul Rudd, I like Paul Rudd. Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil - Two hillbillies on a vacation think a group of teenagers that keep dying by accident are some sort of suicide cult. Meanwhile the teenagers think the hillbillies are killing them one-by-one. All that, but funny. Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
Another Earth - There’s an alternate thing with some stuff, I think. Parallel worlds! Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
The Future - I kind of hated Miranda July’s film Me and You and Everyone We Know, but this one is about creating alternate timelines. Available on DVD.
Smallville: Season 10 - He wears the actual Superman costume at some point in this season. The complete series was also just released. Available on DVD & Blu-Ray.
30 Rock: Season 5 - I’ve only seen the first three episodes of this season, so I can’t really comment on it as a whole. I do need to catch up before January for Thursday Night Comedy though. Available on DVD.
