I’m not going to be at New York Comic Con this year, and figures like this one, which are NYCC exclusive, really bum me out about that. This is Aardman’s (stuido behind Wallace & Gromit) interpretation of Batman as shown in their DC Nation short featuring DC characters.
This figure will be available at the Graphitti Designs booth, which is #939, during the convention for $25.

The Simpsons isn’t really our thing here at Never Not a Nerd, but I have to get behind this Homer Buddha figure. This thing is awesome. It’s a 7″ statue, and it will be released September 6th for the price of $50. Pretty standard for a 7″ figure like this.

That’s one funky looking hookah carrying dragon. It’s also quite large. These vinyl figures by artist Kronk, limited to 300 per color, are 15″ and go for the quite hefty price of $350 each. They released yesterday and are both still available, so grab one here if you so desire. You can find more pictures on Kidrobot’s blog.
Then these cosbabies might be for you. They’re not really for me (the feet are too Mickey Mouse), but maybe you’re into them.

Like the Mahakala Dunny this Hypnotoad figure also comes out at 11 today. Unlike the dunny this is a 4.5″ figure that will retail for $39.95. There are no details on how many will be available, so hopefully it won’t sell out anytime soon.
This awesome 8″ figure is going to be available for purchase at 11AM EST this very day for $100. It’s limited to 100 pieces, so it will probably sell out very fast. Don’t get stuck getting scalped on eBay head here to grab one.
Kidrobot is probably one of the most widely recognized companies in the vinyl collectible industry. It seems like they’ve been releasing more and more sets each year, which is probably true. Their newest release is this 8 Deadly Sins Labbits set designed by Kronk. They seem to be a mix of Mexican folk art along with Native American casino cliches.

I just saw this for the first time today, and I love it. A totem fatcap with light casino themes? Count me in. This figure is 6″ of awesome and releases a week from today(May 10th) in Kidrobot stores and on Kidrobot.com for $75. Scrounge up your pennies now, because there’s only 900 of these being made.
