Archive for the ‘Video of the Week’ Category
We’re just a little over a week away from the release of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. I’m really excited for this shooter. The single player looks awesome, and the multiplayer is looking worthwhile, making this seem like a great purchase. Check out a multiplayer trailer below.
It’s not a Marvel Studios movie, but it’s still Marvel. I’ve been pretty excited for this new Spider-Man, but now I’m not sure how I feel about the changes to the origin. Are they hinting that he’s a second generation spider-man or something? If his dad saves him at the end that will be LAME.
A kid describing the Star Wars prequels in 2 minutes is kind of just another example of how simplistic the stories in the prequels are. LEGOs are awesome though, so it makes for a good video.
It’s almost time. Not this Friday, but the next Friday, the rest of the us will get to see this highly anticipated team-up. Watch a trailer for The Avengers below.
Shh, don’t tell my girlfriend I’m interested in seeing this movie. I dragged her to see The Raid:Redemption with Rick and Joe this past weekend, so now she has the right to pick the next movie. I’m trying to pretend that if we see this it’ll be her idea, so that debt will be paid.
The little girl yelling “I’m Katniss!” in the TV spot is kind of ruined knowing that she originally said “I’m Pocahontas!”
Check out the trailer below.
The previously PC only game The Witcher 2 is making its way to the Xbox 360 next week. It looks like a really cool RPG. Check out the video below.
I’m not a big horror fan, horror movies scare me. The Cabin in the Woods looks interesting, because I just want to know what the hell is going on. It does look pretty cool. Check out the trailer below.
“There’s only one man who can get her out” “Who?” “Snake. Shit, I mean, Snow”
I jest. This movie looks kind of derivative yes, but not many things don’t nowadays. Plus, it should at least be fun. Check out the trailer below.
