Ahh, Ms. Blair Butler, proof that good things do come out of the Midwest(I’m joking Midwestern people). Blair has done and is involved with many things that nerds everywhere should be envious of. She was head writer for G4′s video game show X-Play, she has appeared on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, and is currently the host of G4′s web show Fresh Ink Online. How can you not admire a woman who is really into comic books and video games and is funny?
This former Canadian supermodel has so much nerd cred it’s not even funny. She first caught our eyes as the sexy Cylon Number Six in the hit Sci-Fi drama Battlestar Galactica. She later went on to be featured in the real-time strategy games Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and C&C3: Kane’s Wrath. She voiced Spider-man’s former fling Black Cat in the 2008 video game Spider-man: Web of Shadows and a few episodes of The Spectacular Spider-man cartoon. More recently she voiced Boodikka, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, in Green Lantern: First Flight. Later this fall when you’re playing Halo 3: ODST listen for her, she’ll be voicing a character named Dare in that upcoming 360 exclusive.
There are certainly no signs that she’s shying away from her Sci-Fi, video game, and comic book loving fan base, and we appreciate her all the more for that.
Oh yeah, as you can see, she isn’t hard on the eyes either.
