Save Endor – Nerd Shirt of the Day
Hey, stop killing all the Ewoks. They’re just little furry bear creatures that like to dance.
If you’d like to buy one of these shirts head over here.
Video of the Week!! – The Bark Side
It’s Star Wars week, and while not all the posts are going to be Star Wars related I think Video of the Week should be. I didn’t watch the super bowl, but I’m pretty sure this video was an online only prelude to Volkswagen’s actual super bowl commercial. Check it out if you’re interested in seeing dogs do The Imperial March. It’s pretty awesome in a humorous way.
Star Wars Week!
Welcome to Never Not a Nerd’s second theme week. I’m honestly not as prepared for this week as I was for the Batman week, but I’m going to put in some work to see what I can come up with.
This week will definitely not only be Star Wars posts.
I’d like to thank Nick Starke for the image that is above and will also be the site logo for this week.
Strong Punch to the Cineplexus – Chronicle, The Innkeepers, Kill List, & The Woman in Black

This week we have an action movie about telekinesis, two horror movies, and a British thriller.
New Game Day – January 31st, 2012
After a period of nothing for a while this week we have a new Final Fantasy game, the latest Soul Caliber, and a game where you play as an immortal.
DVD / Blu-Raid – January 31st, 2012
Video of the Week!! – The Darkness II
I’ll be honest, I didn’t play the first Darkness game, but the demo didn’t make me want to. The demo for The Darkness II was pretty awesome though, and I’m excited to play this game. Check out the launch trailer below.
It doesn’t show any gameplay footage, but you can download the demo now, and this trailer still does a great job of setting up what’s essential for you to know about the game.

Strong Punch to the Cineplexus – The Grey
There’s only one film that I’d recommend you see this week, and that’s Joe Carnahan’s The Grey starring Liam Neeson. A plane full of oil rig workers crashes in Alaska, and they have to fight the elements, hunger, and wolves to survive. I posted the trailer for this as video of the week last week, and you can check that out here.
Here are the movie/TV releases for this week that are worth a look.
