Oh, and Nickelodeon Owns TMNT

Nickelodeon TMNT

I totally forgot to get to this yesterday.  In yet another move that once again surprises everyone in terms of a company obtaining something, Nickelodeon has purchased the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  After Marvel Entertainment obtained the rights to Marvelman, and Disney in turn purchased Marvel, I was expecting Disney to be purchased by something even larger.  The United Nations, perhaps.  And then in response to that, aliens would purchase the U.N.  But anyway, Nickelodeon owns the Ninja Turtles and there’s nothing more I can do about it.

After Bruce Wayne’s death, or non-death, or whatever you wish to call it, we’ve been put into an awkward situation: Batman stories with no Bruce Wayne. DC needs to hope that the fans of the Bat are going to be cool with simply reading about other characters until his return. If you haven’t been keeping up with the new comics, be warned, as I reveal a few identities in the rest of the article.
