OMG Double Rainbow!
Well, yeah. If you split the light and then refract it it’s going to be double spectra, right? If you’d like to buy one of these head over here.
Spaceman is Coming
A new Vertigo series from Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso (the creators of 100 Bullets) is coming this fall.
The first issue comes out in October and is going to be $1, so you have no excuse not to buy it.
Set in a post-apocalyptic near future, SPACEMAN tells the story of Orson – a hulking, lonely loser who spends his days collecting scrap metal and dreaming of the startrekking life he was promised.
That is, until he finds himself at the center of a celebrity child kidnapping case. Seeing his chance to be a hero, Orson takes matters into his own hands…but will his actions only cause more heartbreak?
Check below for the second cover.
Gotham City Impostors – Customization is Key Trailer
This game, while weird, actually looks pretty cool. The trailer in mention highlights the customization abilities that players will have access to. Check the trailer out below.
If you’d like to know why the hell this would ever happen in Gotham read Batman: Impostors
Social Media Propaganda
A local (to me) artist has been making social media propaganda posters. As far as I know they’re mostly sold out, but you can still get all of them all on one poster at Etsy.
Check out another poster below the cut.
New Game Day – August 16th, 2011
This week we have a Japanese game with an amazing art style and a downloadable action game.
Wolves – Nerd Shirt of the Day
They must have found those wolves for a reason right? This is a Game of Thrones reference if you don’t get it. If you’d like to buy one of these head over here. It’s only available for the day, so hurry if you want one.
DVD /Blu-Ray – August 16th, 2011

Plants ARE Zombies
I saw this video a while ago, and it’s so true. Plants are organic matter, so if they were conscious wouldn’t they become zombies too? Well, if it was viral it could only be within the same species. Yes, I am over-thinking this. Check out the video below.
Here are the movie/TV releases for this week that are worth a look.
