George Lucas and friends (he can’t get all these ideas on his own) have once again decided to tamper with people’s childhoods. I mean, I know this isn’t nearly as bad as Greedo shooting at Han before getting offed, but it’s an unnecessary change.
The change this time is adding “NOOOO” to the scene in Return of the Jedi where Palpatine is electrocuting Luke before Vader picks Palpatine up and throws him down that endless shaft. Check it out below.
So my speculation was wrong. That isn’t Juggernaut on the Uncanny X-Men cover, but Colossus with a Juggernaut helmet on, I’m confused. Anyway, joining Colossus and Emma Frost is Colossus’ sister Magik. Side note: It appears that Jubilee and Storm will be in the normal old X-Men.

Remember that episode of Doctor Who where Winston Churchill was using Daleks in WWII and the Doctor was all “I don’t know if that’s a good idea”, then the Daleks went all “EXTERMINATE!”, as they usually do? Sunday night at midnight the rock mockumentary “From the Ladle to the Grave” aired on Adult Swim. It is the tale of Hank Venture and Dermott Fictel’s rock band Shallow Gravy. The mini-episode tells their story from their formation, losing their drummer (Spinal Tap anyone?), gaining their drummer back, and their “hit” single “Jacket” .
It has a lot of funny references to the past season of The Venture Bros. , so if you haven’t seen that get to catching up, then watch this. Oh yeah, you should watch this, it’s awesome. Check out the music video for “Jacket” below.
This week we’ve got two games, which include sports and bullets, not both in the same game.
How can you not love the companion cube? It’s never abandoned you. You actually incinerated it, in case you forgot. If you’d like to buy one of these head over here. The time it will be available is limited, so get it while you can.
Left 4 Deader? From the first trailer Dead Island seemed like it wanted to be different, a more emotionally charged take on the zombie game. Now it just seems like they were going for Left 4 Dead 3. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but please, after this, no more zombie games.
