This an older shirt, from the beginning of the month, but you can still purchase it here. Flash isn’t having that good of luck with Apple(s) nowadays.

Poison Apple – Nerd Shirt of the Day
I Heard You Are Hiring in the Mail Room
That’s exactly what I think of when I see this image of the new Wonder Woman costume. It looks like they’ve redone her look so she can be more everyday appropriate, but still ‘hip’.
I can’t tell where her shoes end and her pants begin. I also hope for her sake that there isn’t a strong gust of wind at lower-back height.
Check out Jim Lee’s explanation of what is going on here, and an image of her in action in the new costume under the cut.
My Jealousy Towards the McNinja Scouts
Check this out, ladies and sirs. Outstandingly, the Potomac Council of the Boy Scouts of America have chosen Dr. McNinja as their patch emblem. The only problem is that we’re only going to get a shot at the remainder of the patches at the 2010 National Jamboree starting July 26th. Supplies are limited, whatever that means. I just love that they’ve chosen Dr. McNinja as their logo due to the Doctor’s home of Cumberland, Maryland being part of Potomac Council. So yeah, unless you’re a member of the troop and you’re going to be at the Jamboree, you’re gonna have to wait. Check it out here.
Read These, Burn the Rest – June 30th, 2010
I”m pretty sure the Nazis burned books all the time. You terrible, terrible Nazis. Nah I’m kidding, you’re good people. Or not, I mean how the hell do I know? Never mind, just take a look at the picks this week kids.
Spider-Ham 25th Anniversary Special #1 – Preview
The art in this is so AWESOME that I need to show everyone some of it. Buy this issue if only to stare at the rest of the pages. Check below for the official Marvel synopsis and the images. (I wonder if that cover has “Anniversary” spelled wrong on purpose)
No, It’s Not Beast
It’s Street Fighter’s Blanka, or Sir Blanka Esq. He may live in the Brazilian rainforest, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t sophisticated.
Check out the books behind him. They include “Holy Crap”, “Electricity” & “If I Did It” (nice OJ Simpson joke).
Thor #611 – Preview
Here’s some preview images and the official Marvel synopsis of today’s Thor issue.
You Can Own A Tron Lightcycle
Not just a Tron Lightcycle, but one that runs and is street-legal. You’re just going to need around 35K to do so. But hey, if I had it I’d do it. How awesome would that be?
The bike will be custom built based on what you want including a choice between either a high-powered electric or gas-powered motor. Go here for the listing and more info
Marvel Zombies 5 #4 – Preview
Whoa, I read the first issue of this and haven’t caught up with it since, but the synopsis makes it sound pretty insane. Check out that ‘synopsis’ and some preview images under the cut.
It’s All a Dream Now
Didier Drogba, Fabio Cannavaro, Wayne Rooney, Franck Ribéry, Ronaldinho, and Cristiano Ronaldo are all the players featured in this video. As of about an hour ago every one of them has punched their ticket home(if they even made it to South Africa). Didier Drogba and the Ivory Coast didn’t make it out of their group, thought they weren’t expected to. Fabio Cannavaro’s Italy was embarrassed by not winning a single game in the group stage as the defending champs and drawing with New Zealand! Wayne Rooney embarrassed himself by being the ‘main’ striker for his team and not scoring a single goal. England went out in the round of 16 against Germany. Franck Ribéry’s France lost to South Africa and Mexico on the way to finishing dead last in their group, a massive disappointment. Brazil’s Ronaldinho didn’t even make his national team for this World Cup. Cristiano Ronaldo probably fared the best. His Portuguese team just went out to Spain with a respectable 1-0 loss.
Can you blame Nike for including these ‘stars’ of the national teams? Or does Adidas have the better stars (Argentina’s Lionel Messi and Spain’s David Villa)?
Check out the video below.
